Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days.
Delivery: Standard ground shipping delivers within 5 to 7 business days to all 50 states. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Shipping Origin: All orders ship from our distribution center in Kentucky.
Packaging: Shelving and cabinet components ship fully assembled with protective packaging to ensure they arrive ready for installation.
Returns
Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and with all hardware included.
- Custom-configured or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
