• Intellectual property includes trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
• The fully operational website and all marketing material 
• Existing product range – The US site currently only has about 10% of our products sold in 9 other countries – please refer to this brochure for some of the different product lines, including cargo management solutions, commercial vehicle flooring, service body drawers & tool boxes. 
• Engineering design support, new products, including metal and plastic products, packaging designs
• Existing North American customer base, including primary and secondary automotive distributors 
• pre-existing supplier network of 40+ years
